Endri’s Recap: The Week of August 7th

This is my Mountaineer recap for the week of August 7th:

Where to begin? What a week…

• On August 10th The Book of Briars sent an email that read—
  • Find the words that have been changed
    Words both new and rearranged
    To find the five among the score
    Look deeper than you have beforeBeyond the flowers and the bevels
    Between the words are deeper levels
    And if you wish to earn a prize
    See the page with different eyes

• Using that email as a guide, progress on The Corrupted Pages in the Basecamp Forum led to several clever recruits discovering the first key fragment together.
• The Fraylily Page was found inside the Book of Briars.
• DG is reading one of the original, out-of-print Ackerly Green books (not from the Lost Collection.)

We now have one fragment of an apparent sixteen fragments that might unlock the Book of Briars.

And we couldn’t have done it without the Mountaineer recruits.

What’s going to happen next (and what’s going to happen with the fraylily fragment) is up in the air but I’m excited in a way I haven’t been in years.

We’re actually making progress.
